Tips and Tricks to help you record some amazing vocals

Learn some new ways to use your voice and get some amazing vocals from your next recording session.

• Always be 3-4 fingers away from the microphone to prevent distortion.
• Go easy with yours P’s and B’s to give your audio a cleaner sound.
• Use gain control to balance different vocals. (Ex. -db for screaming vocals)
• Record in a space where there is no other sounds except your voice.
• Use EQ and Compression to isolate and remove certain parts of your vocals.
• Make sure your vocals are present and best describe you. (Please don’t mimic other artists, It is unoriginal and receptive). Be The First You!
